ArtRabbit seems to be a useful listings site for art events and galleries. I haven’t quite explored it all yet, but it seems to offer a very wide range of different art venues and experiences worldwide (though I have only looked in any detail at its UK listings). Also offered is a weekly news bulletin. Since one can set up ‘favourite’ venues and artists I am rather hopeful that this means I can in essence set up alerts for the venues and people that most interest me (of course, a genre/discipline/whatever alert of some kind would be of use, too). They also offer a smallish but seemingly growing number of feature reviews and events, with user comments contributing to the discussion.
